Hello there, I’m Christopher Sayce.
I’m a UK-based data and analytics leader with over 16 years’ experience across sales, operations, and commercial analytics, currently working as a Data Analytics Manager within a dynamic data driven organisation.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with senior leadership teams — including direct exposure to C-suite and CEO-level stakeholders in a £2bn organisation — helping them understand performance, manage risk, and make confident, data-led decisions.
Before specialising in analytics leadership, I built my career within sales, supply chain, and operational roles. That background means I don’t view data in isolation — I understand how commercial pressures, operational realities, and reporting all intersect inside a business.
Why Sayce Data Analytics exists

Due to a conflict of interest with my current role, I do not undertake work within parcel delivery or courier businesses.
